All of the museum spaces are accessible to wheelchair users via two lifts, including an external lift for street-level access. The museum has one disabled parking space and a wheelchair, as well as folding chairs to request from the ticket desk, two accessible toilets for men and women in the basement of the building accessible via a lift, and two places reserved for wheelchair users in the auditorium. All of our activities are adapted to mobility-impaired visitors.

For self-guided tours, a guide to the collections in large print (Arial 18) is available free of charge at the ticket desk on request.

Tours can be organised for groups of 15 people maximum, duration 1½ hours.

Guided tours with lip reading and audio players with induction loops take place on the last Saturday of the month at 11am, duration 1½ hours – without prior booking – reduced price: €5

A visit to the Cernuschi Museum is part of the “Musées et Monuments en Liberté” tour for young people, organised by the PEP 75 associations with 2 booklets (for the children and their group leader), 1 tour card, 1 audio tour to download.

Groups can opt for a self-guided tour of the museum or a guided tour. Bookings are required and the visit is free of charge.

The museum is part of the Culture Ville Santé network and offers introductory tours of the museum collections and multi-sensorial art activity workshops for people who are hospitalised, EHPAD residents, people living in care homes or being cared for at home.

Bookings are required for all visiting groups of over 5 people, with or without a guide.

The booking form can be downloaded here and must be sent to the museum one month prior to the visit.

The team at the visitors’ department is happy to help group leaders in planning visits for people with special needs.
