Update August 30, 2021
Health pass required in museums from July 21, 2021
In accordance with applicable laws and regulations, a health pass is required for admission into our museum as from July 21 (September 30 for individuals aged 12-17).
The health pass is to be shown upon your arrival at the museum. The health pass may be in electronic or printed form, and must provide evidence of one of the three statuses below:
- certificate of vaccination showing that the individual has been fully vaccinated;
- certificate of negative RT-PCR or rapid antigen test dating from less than 72 hours;
- result of a positive RT-PCR or rapid antigen test showing recovery from COVID 19 that dates from at least 11 days and less than 6 months.
Admission requires a health pass only for individuals aged above 18 from 21 July 2021. Individuals aged 12 - 17 are exempted from the health pass requirement up to September 29, 2021. For more information about how to secure a health pass, please review the information published on the government website.
Those who booked museum tickets before 13 July for a date after 21 July 2021 and do not have a health pass may ask for a refund using the form downloadable by clicking here, which must be sent complete to firstname.lastname@example.org. A scan of the QR code on your app or document will only provide access to your identity and date of birth, and to no other confidential data. No data will be stored. This form of processing is fully compliant with domestic and European rules on the protection of personal data and is controlled by the French data protection authority (CNIL).
Reservation is not required to access the permanent collections.
Thank you for your understanding.
